We have answered some of our most frequently asked questions below, but if your question hasn’t been answered please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

For a Saturday event, we typically set up the tipis on Wednesday or Thursday, giving you plenty of time to decorate, style, and get everything ready. We’ll return on Monday to take them down, so you can make the most of the space on Sunday – perfect for a relaxed brunch or just taking your time to pack down, clear decorations, and tidy up before we arrive.

All of our tipis come with matting and fairy lights wrapped around the interior poles, a custom online floorplan, a site visit and an experienced team to handle set up and take down.   We can also help you deck out your tipi with our range of optional extras to hire – including a dance floor, walkway and furniture. If you need a hand with suppliers, we can recommend our favourites from toilets to florists, bars to stylists. Just ask!
If you’re a venue that needs extra space for the season or a farm shop thinking about seasonal expansion, our hire period is completely flexible. We currently serve locations across the West Midlands, Mid Wales and the Cotswolds, but if you’re slightly further afield, just ask!
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for summer weekends, as they fill up quickly.

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your date.

We are apple farmers so our busy, harvest time is September-November, however, still get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. Long term hire available all year round.

Our service area is limited to a 1.5-hour drive from Herefordshire. We’re happy to bring the magic to your event within this distance, ensuring we can deliver the best experience possible.

Ideally, a flat, grassy area with vehicle access and no underground pipes. We always do a site visit to confirm suitability and measurements.

A single hat tipi can seat 56 with 8 to a table on benches or 42 with 6 to a table.

A two hat tipi can hold 13 tables with benches and a sweetheart table on the dance floor. Can seat 106 with 8 to a table or 80 with 6 to a table.

Three hat tipi can hold 15 tables with bencheswith 6 on the top table on chairs. This layout can seat 126 with 8 to a table or 96 with 6 to a table.

This does depend on what time of year it is and how much dancing you’re doing! We can recommend a great supplier for industrial heaters if needed. 

Definitely! We have our own tipi wedding venue – The Orchard at Munsley – a stunning location nestled in an apple orchard in Herefordshire. We only run 15 weddings a year between May-September so unlikely any of your friends would have been here before making it even more special to you.   We’ve also partnered with several trusted venues across Herefordshire and neighbouring counties and Wales.
